A smoking fetish is one that brings arousal through sight or a fantasy of someone smoking. Basically, one who has a smoking fetish loves to see somebody smoking tobacco or cigarettes, cigars, pipes or anything else related to these.
A smoking fetishist will see the act of smoking as having a sexual connotation. A cigarette’s shape is somehow phallic, resembling a penis and the fact that the cigarette comes close to the mouth, brings into the fetishist’s mind the act of a something like a blow job!
